A newly built (2017) luxurious stone villa with private ecological pool, fully furnished and equipped with all modern facilities so that you can enjoy your stay in Chania.

Villa Sirocos is located in Stalos, 150 meters from the blue flag awarded beach, and just 7km (4.3 miles) from the picturesque city of Chania.

Its accommodation spaces combine harmoniously stone with wood, bestowing on them an aura of distinctive luxury and peace that you will absolutely adore!

The method of salt electrolysis without any chlorine addition is used for pool sanitation. Electrolysis transforms salt into natural sanitizing chlorine. No unpleasant chlorine odor, skin or eye irritation. Ideal for babies.

It is the perfect choice for families, friends and couples that seek privacy and special comfort for their stay on Crete.

The villa has 3 bedrooms,3 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen and can accommodate up to 8 people.

Covid-19

• Villa Sirocos employees have been trained and certified to prevent SARS-Cov-2 transmission. The property received the certificate: "Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) - Protection and preventive measures in Tourist Accommodation" by University of Crete
• All personnel are equipped with necessary protection items
• A meticulous cleaning and disinfection is made using authorized cleaning / disinfectant products & steam appliance
• Disinfectant dispensers inside the villa
• All villa indoor and outdoor areas are private and used only by the guests living in the property at the time
• Meticulous cleaning and very good room ventilation during the hours between stays
• Uncommon room cleaning during the stay (avoid contact of cleaning workers with possible case)
• Prepaid services or safe transactions via credit card payment- cashless payments

House rules

• The swimming pool is out of order during winter (30 November, December, January, February, 22 March)
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties are not allowed.
• During winter, house heating is by air-condition.
• Check in and Check out may occur at any time during the day of arrival or departure, if the villa is available, free of charge and always upon arrangement on the villa availability.
• The 7th person could sleep in an extra guest bed, which can be placed either in the living room or in the big bedroom (fist floor with the two single beds).
• The 8th person can sleep on the sofe-bed in the living room.
